"“86% of people who divorce remarry within 5 years.” - Not surprising. I see celebrities doing it all the time (Hello, JLo). I can definitely say that I'm not in the percentile (when it comes to marriage, that is). LOL But it makes sense because I do feel the same about books. Especially when I read the contemporary series books by Anna Hackett, in particular all the Security books.
Same. Dated for 6yrs, married for 12, divorced for nearly 7yrs. Never plan to date or get married EVER AGAIN. Done with that. LOL But yes, you should definitely check out Anna's books. She writes both contemp and sci-fi romance.
I certainly will! I'll also be back in SF August 25 - September 7. So very happy to meet-up anytime around then :). I'm moving to SF semi part-time now :).
Great article! I love the analogy you used. I’m in the 14% who hasn’t remarried, and at this point, I probably won’t.
Your dog is adorable—my brother and his family have a dog just like it. I have my two little dogs who are getting up there in age, and I often wonder how much longer I’ll have them.

I’ve never read Anna Hackett before but I need to.
And my mom hasn’t gotten remarried after divorce and it’s been more than 5 years.
We all have different ways we want to search for, experience, and share love. I think reading and writing is one of the best :)

One of your best articles yet!
So glad you enjoyed it!
This is a great one, Michael! Wow.
This made my day! Thank you so much for reading. You are awesome, Lindsey :)
I'm super bummed - I don't think I will make it to SF on Friday, but if you're coming toward Napa Valley at all, let me know.

Bring those story suppers to Indiana!
Story suppers do need to come to indiana! And my mom is also part of the 14% so you are in good company.
Love that your brother also has a doodle. They are the cutest!
